Cheese is more than just a food, it’s a passion!

Cheese can turn any meal into something special from a creamy Brie to an extra mature cheddar.

Here in Ireland we have an abundant range of small and large cheese producers from Cashel Blue to one of my personal favourites Velvet Cloud Rockfield sheep’s cheese (well worth a try if you don’t know it).

And what better than having a lovely artisan crafted cheese board to show it all off. A fully laden cheese board in the middle of the table is a conversation piece as each type of cheese is tasted, discussed and rated.
